Shipping and delivery policy
We are currently shipping to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Your order will be delivered within a period ranging between (1-10) working days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (depending on the city)
Al-Ahsa City - within 48 hours.
The rest of the cities from 2-10 days, depending on the chosen shipping company.
(For example: Orders received on Thursday evening and Friday night of each week will be shipped the following Saturday as the first business day).
- When the operations team receives your order, an email will be sent to you containing the purchase order number and shipment number, and you can track the shipment path via the shipping company's website after receiving the tracking link.
