We strive to make the return and exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

The customer has the option to return the value of his purchases or replace them with another product, according to the customer’s choice.


Exchange and return policy terms:

1- Return and exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order

2- The product must be in good condition and unused.

3- The customer will bear the cost of sending the products to the site and the cost of shipping the new replacement order unless the error is caused by us.

4- If any defect is found in the received parts, the customer has the right to a full refund including the shipping cost, and no other fees will be deducted.

5- The return or exchange request will be delivered to the shipping company representative directly from your home.

- Message subject: Full or partial replacement

- Invoice number or order number

- Reason for replacement

- The name of the product to be replaced, and provide us with a link to the new product or a picture of it.

- You will be informed of the method of returning the order and serving you directly once your order is received and the integrity of the piece and its accessories is confirmed.


If you want to recover

- Message subject: Refund or partial refund

- Invoice number or order number

-Reason for return

- Name of the product to be returned

- (Bank name + IBAN number + Account holder name) * Account holder name must match invoice holder name


*Note: If the product is opened and installed, 15% of the product value will be deducted.
